14 x 30 inch lumbar throw pillow, green white brown jungle batik hemp tribal textile, handwoven ethnic fabric, decorative cushion. TT10The front of the pillow is made from a handwoven and laboriously hand batiked raw hemp. The back of the pillow is made from a wonderful handwoven striped raw hemp/cotton mix in neutral beige and cream on the weft while the warp (longitudinal threads) is in deep indigo blue cotton. Please note that the raw hemp has a fairly loose weave and a naturally rougher texture/finish. Handling it gives a very tactile, organic (as in "of nature)" experience. Pillow dimensions are 14 inches wide x 30 inches tall. Because of the particular handmade/handwoven characteristics, dimensions are intended as plus or minus half an inch. This pillow is available with either the striped gray hemp backing as in the first 4 photos or also in the banded cream hemp/cotton mix fabric shown in the last photo.
