Pork Roast Bundle

2 pounds of bacon, 2 pounds of ground pork, 2 pounds of cubed pork, 1 pork roast -- from our rancher in La Salle, Colorado (weight is approximate), Frank Silva. This is an excellent product from a trusted local family: outdoor pigs that forage in the field, with supplementation using spent grains from the breweries and the full spectrum mineral salt from Utah (Redmond salt), no medications. Approximately 8.5 to 9 pounds total weight. Bacon packages range from 0.9 to 1.4 pounds each. Shoulder Roast ranges from 2 to 3 pounds.
