Double locking nickel finish thumbcuffs from Chicago Handcuff Company. These thumbcuffs can be used as a lightweight and compact back up for handcuffs. Stamped Chicago. Includes Carrying Case and 2 keys. Thumbcuff dimensions: 4" x 1.5". Weigh 3.8 ounces.  These don't open with standard handcuff keys. US export laws prohibit the export of thumbcuffs to all destinations including Canada and APO/FPO addresses.
