French Purple Condiment with Grapemust

Today's version of this special condiment has been made by the Denoix family of Brive-la-Gaillarde (southwestern France) for generations. The family saved the recipe for this so-called "fairy in a violet dress" from oblivion. Made from mustard, grape must, red wine and a palette of harmonious spices, it is totally free of any additives or colors.
