It’s made up of 50% Chenin Blancand 50% Colombard grapes, but the exact blend varies each year.The Chenin Blanc grapes are sourced from an organic producerin Anjou and are over 40 years old. Each grape variety is vinifiedseparately to bring out their unique characteristics. The wine hasa medium lemon color with aromas of stone fruits, citrus, and adistinct lees character. On the palate, there are flavors of apple andpear with hints of citrus. The medium finish showcases the fruitand mineral notes, as well as a subtle yeasty character.
