WINE EXPERT’S TASTING NOTES In the glass, this wine presents a delicate pale pink color. On the nose, it exudes aromas of fresh red berries and ripe peach skin. On the palate, it is rich and unctuous, yet surprisingly fresh and persistent, with a mouthwatering acidity that lingers on the finish. WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTE Using only native yeast fermentation, 3 hours of skin contact, this rose is designed to have a pale pink shade with purple undertones. Aromas of red berry, plum, jasmine, pink grapefruit zest and cantelope rind. This wine has ‘chispa’ a lovely spark of flavor..
