Never Forget
Inspired by the events that took place on September 11th, 2001. -The trident beams that were a signature architectural element from the base of the twin towers. These massive steel trident, which stood up to nine stories tall, are iconic artifacts that have since been put into the 9/11 museum. Among all of the debris after the towers fell, a section of the building still stood, and they were being upheld by these trident beams. We see that as a symbol that even after such a tough blow, we are still able to stand tall as a nation, and as the city of New York did, and has done since the attack. This is why we framed the image with the steel trident beams. -The center of the piece stands a fire fighter, policeman, and medical provider. These represent the first responders that we heavily rely on every day, especially in times of need. In someways we take them for granted, but they truly are the backbone of this nations health and safety. On the right side stands the statue of freedom hold
