The WearBands™ Lateral/Upper Body bands are shorter than the base system bands, and are designed to be used as either lateral or upper-body bands per the photo to left. Each set of bands comes with 2 bands of two resistance levels (4 total bands). If ordering lateral bands without gloves, recommendation: Order 1 set If ordering gloves and will not use lateral bands at same time, recommendation: Order 1 set If you anticipate using upper-body and lateral bands at the same time, recommendation: Order 2 sets
