Yunnan Organic Black Loose Leaf Tea

This black tea is a Yunkang #10 varietal growing at altitude 4300ft. Typical black tea processing, sun withering, rolling, oxidations (3 hrs) and finally drying. This is a classic "robust" style Yunnan Black, with a 1 leaf to 1 bud plucking style. The taste is strong with some chocolate, fruit and vegetal notes. The leaf and bud composition gives the tea a complex and full bodied robust taste and mouth-feel. It can be brewed 6 to 8 times gongfu style. March Harvest.  Contains: Organic Black Tea
