Similar to our 6' and 7' Standard Olympic Bars, our 5' Olympic Bar is a great tool for a variety of strength training exercises.  This commercial grade bar is made of steel with a hard chrome finish for long-lasting durability.  The more compact size allows the bar to be used in smaller spaces, such as a home or garage gym and makes for a more balanced lifting bar with its shorter size.  The bar weighs in at 26.2 lbs (11.9 kg), has a weight lifting capacity of 440 lbs (200kg), and the sleeves rotate freely on bearings.  Usable with standard-sized 2" Olympic Plates.
