The perfect flour for authentic southern biscuits.We have taken our plain flour and added the baking powder. If you have never tried self-rising flour, we highly recommend that you do. Our special baking powder gives more boost. Made from soft red winter wheat grown here in Kentucky. Enriched & bleached. The protein level of this flour is around 8-8.5%. Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour, Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate & Monocalcium Phosphate.
