Fresh Handmade Rigatoni alla Vodka Dinner for Two

Orders will be available for pickup at our Portland location on Sunday, October 13th beginning at 3pm.  Fresh, handmade, bronze-extruded rigatoni from Estes — aka longtime Portland chef Patrick McKee — paired with a silky, classic vodka sauce. A restaurant-quality meal for two (plus maybe some leftovers, but let's be real: there's never leftover pasta, especially when it's fresh), easily prepared at home. To really take things to the next level, pair it with a bottle of classic Italian Grigolino from Cascina Iuni, a delicious Piedmontese red perfectly suited for old school red sauce pasta.
