Calabrian Chili Seasoning

The folks at Sebastiano's Sicilian Deli have built a cult following turning out tasty muffaletta, piped-to-order cannoli, our favorite Marmellata, and all number of things tasty and Italian. They developed this recipe in-house, using a combination of Calabrian Chilis, Boonville Farm Piment d'Espelette, and Italian Sea Salt with a bit of garlic, and the result is seasoning salt of your dreams. Use liberally dry rubs, marinades, on popcorn, avocado toast, roasted potatoes, and anywhere else you need a spicy, garlicky blast of flavor.
