Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro

Using recipes developed by famed SF bartender Claire Sprouse, Lo-Fi combines California wines with neutral grape spirits and a host of botanicals to create uniquely American aperitifs. Bright, floral, and refreshing, their Gentian Amaro starts with a bouquet of hibiscus and ginger along with spices and a light, lingering bitterness. Made with citrus fruits, ginger, flowers, spices, & cinchona bark, Lo-Fi Aperitifs are free of artificial flavors or colors.
