Founded in Portland by native New Mexican Marshall Berg, Los Roast is the only company outside the South West to have its chiles certified as authentic by the New Mexico Dept. of Agriculture. Free of preservatives or stabilizers, Marshall's peppers are mixed with tomatoes, chipotles, apple cider vinegar and a touch of honey to enhance the natural flavor of true Hatch Valley Chiles.
