Lustau Vermut Rojo

Famed Sherry producer Lustau entered the vermouth game recently, and we're glad they did. A base of dry, nutty Amontillado lends an unmistakable sherry character, while solera-aged Pedro Ximénez provides body and a touch of sweetness. The wines are further infused with a blend of botanicals including coriander and wormwood; the result is a velvety and herbaceous vermouth with notes of spice and wood with a nutty, bitter finish. Delicious on its own, with tonic or soda, and mixed into classic cocktails.
