Mussels with Kombu

Family-owned Portos Muiños has been harvesting seaweed off the Cantabrian Sea for over two decades. Combining underwater diving with low-tide coastal rock harvesting, the Muiños family bring a variety of seaweed products to market through strictly regulated, sustainable means. Their newest line combines the freshest Spanish seafood with aromatic sauces and wild seaweed; these mussels are packed with extra virgin olive oil, tomato, paprika and sweet kombu.
