The Poschiavo mill and pasta factory was started by Augustinian nuns in Poschiavo, Switzerland. In the late 19th century, the Fisler family acquired the property, and today, the fifth generation of the same family still runs the business. Their spaghetti is made from coarsely ground hard durum wheat, and the pasta has a nutty flavor and a great chew with a medium thickness and a light brown color with flecks of wheat.
