Blue Porterweed - Stachytarpheta cayennensis

There are more than 60 species of Porterweed (Stachytarpheta), low-growing annual herbs that attract butterflies. Because of its prominent blue flowers, the Stachytarpheta cayennensis is our favorite variety. The flowers typically wilt after a day.
