3d Printed Process Column Model (W-STRC-01)

Looking for a great desk piece, conversation piece, or teaching piece? This is it! This Process Column comes 90% assembled and is approximately 14.5" tall and 4" in diameter at the skirt's base. This model features the following: The Top Head has an integrated Nozzle with a split repad with a weep hole on both sides.  The Top Shell Course has three nozzles, one of which has a distributor pipe inserted through it. It has two types of trays with built-in weirs and downcomers; one is a hole-type tray and the other is a sieve-type tray. The shell has a cutout so the components can be easily seen. The Bottom Shell Course has three nozzles, one of which has a stab-in type steam heater inserted through it. It has two types of trays with built-in weirs and downcomers; one is a valve-type tray and the other is a bubble cap-type tray (the caps can actually move up and down).
