Made from well treated, non GMO pigs that are raised on feed consisting of 35% red wheat, 35% barley and 30% Austrian peas.Please allow at least 4 months for when products will be ready as this program is in the final stages of being approved. After being approved, products need to be proven safe before sale. BUT- you can be first in line! This product is made with ZERO nitrates/nitrites. No backdoor celery powder, no swiss chard, no "uncured" with an asterisk... ZERO!!! Fermented and cured salami with whole peppercorn, fennel, rosemary and garlic. Unsliced- just slice as you go and enjoy!
