Inspired by the torcs worn by Viking people for centuries, including Ragnar Lothbrok in the TV series VIKINGS, this serpent-headed torc bracelet pays homage to Norse mythology beasts such as Jormungandr, Fafnir, and Nidhogg. Because in ancient Norse culture, Serpents, Dragons, Eels, Worms, Millipedes, and generally anything that slithered was all considered the same class of creatures. That's why there's often some ambiguity as to what is a dragon or a snake or a serpent.In order to create something that would be very durable and maintenance-free, we created this beautiful item using highly polished stainless steel.
