The ovens accuracy is +/- 1F. Temperature Stability, under vacuum.  When not under vacuum temperature stability is +/-3°F for a operation in a room that is 77F. The absence of air molecules provides little heat conduction within the chamber which gives the user with the temperature stability they are trying to achieve. This oven is vacuum tested for leaks and is put through a set of rigorous temperature ramps to verify temperature stability.
