Westward Whiskey x Breakside Brewery Wheatwine

One of our oldest releases to date, this nine-year-old whiskey was hand-selected by Westward’s Founder’s Club members and is the product of a decade-long collaboration with Oregon’s beloved Breakside Brewery. Made from a whiskey wash with Breakside using their very own ale yeast, this whiskey began its journey in new, lightly toasted American Oak barrels for four years before spending an additional four years in Breakside Barrel-aged wheatwine casks and a final year resting in ex-Westward barrels.
