This long PVC circle skirt is a wardrobe basic. It's a half circle so it will twirl! It's 32" from waist to hem. All sizes are available in black and red. Other colors may take an extra day or two. The Pink and Purple PVCs are stiffer than the black and red. It will feel tighter and less forgiving. The limited edition Pink and Purple skirts are not returnable so please be certain of your size before you order.
