Delicious and pettable, breathable and light, our premium pull-on spandex hood is now available in Black Stretch Velvet. Unlike our spandex hoods, these do not have a band at the neck. This is because it's not quite as stretchy as spandex and we want to be sure you can still pull it over your head fairly easily. They're as long as the image suggests, just a single layer all the way down. (Please note, stretch velvet is not opaque.) Authorized Action hoods are made only at our facilities in the USA. One size fits most. Due to Covid 19 we cannot accept returns on this item.
