"Phinetta" is a one of a kind vintage-inspired cloche that's made completely by hand and is blocked over a vintage hat block. The steaming and blocking process produces it's unique shape. Once the hat is blocked, a wire is sewn into the brim to help it stay in the desired shape. I do all of the stitching by hand.
