Cruella (inspired) Dress

Color: Black and white Description: She's mean yet OH SO STYLISH! She is the Cruella and y'all are her Dalmatians. This little dress is knee-length with a hidden zipper at the back; fully lined with a cotton dress and one layer of high quality silky organza for comfort. There are three layers of tulle skirt, the very outter layer is black and white. Fabric & Care: Synthetic materials and cotton. Hand-wash in cold.
