There are three full layers of tulle skirt underneath the extra frill, one of which is a glittery tulle layer. The dress is fully lined with one layer of high quality silky organza and a 100% cotton dress for comfort; zip back, tie back. Fabric & Care: Synthetic materials and cotton. Hand-wash in cold.
