Orders that include this particular item will be shipped in 20 days. TAT 20 days!)  Description: Our Sea Biscuit dress is perfect for any outdoor occasions. It's a gorgeous off-the-shoulder design with golden trims over the "sleeves". It has a total of 6 layers, including four tulle layers, one of which is a lace and sequin layer. It’s zip back and tie back with long sashes; it's fully lined with a cotton dress for comfort.  Fabric & Care: Synthetic materials and cotton. Hand-wash in cold.
