It is fully lined with a high quality organza layer and a cotton layer for comfort; zip back, tie back. There are three full layers of tulle skirt (over the gold organza layer), one of which is a glittery tulle layer.  Fabric & Care: Synthetic materials and cotton. Hand-wash in cold.
