George Nelson for Howard Miller Drop Front Desk, 1964

This George Nelson drop front desk is very uncommon. A remarkably compact design, it is perfect for a small apartment. The lighted colorful interior has walnut organizers and storage for paperwork. Howard Miller sold three different variations of this design: a "wall desk" "wall vanity" and "spice cabinet" each with various color way and "Orchid" design. Additionally, this desk was only available for a short period around 1964. This desk is easily installed with a French cleat.
