Decorative Paper Making

  Join paper artist Cezia Costales for a lesson in decorative paper making. In this class we will learn how to upcycle newspapers into beautiful custom paper. each participant will leave with a stack of paper to make cards, invitations with, or to add to their next journal. No experience required, everyone is welcome. Papermaking is a wet process; please dress accordingly, closed-toed & non-slip shoes are recommended. Everyone is encouraged to bring items to decorate your paper: dry flowers, glitter, scrapbook paper, tissue paper, flower seeds, Magazines, stickers (keep in mind nothing with plastic, we will be heat setting the paper and don't want to burn our artwork) This class is part of the “Collage Card Making Series”, where paper from this class can be used to make collage cards.
