Sculptural Charcoal Drawing: Canines (Dogs/Wolves)- Thursday July 11th 6:00-8:00pm

Join fine artist Whitney Hall as she teaches us to use charcoal painting techniques to "sculpt" Canines (Dogs/Wolves). She'll walk us through how to use various charcoal tools to create a painterly Canine on tonal paper. Using a push and pull method between erasing and building value, students will discover how to observe and draw a Canine of their very own. Reference photos will be provided, think foxes, wolves etc, but students are encouraged to bring pet photos (profiles work best). We love seeing your doggies!
