This handmade Stovetop Butcher Block gives up to 25"x48" of valuable kitchen real estate. Custom sizes are also available for every stovetop style! The top is made of full 1.5in thick birch or hevea boards and all food-safe materials to handle any cutting or processing needs. What sets these stove covers apart is that it has 2.5in tall side supports to keep the board off of the coils, grates, knobs, or other clearance needs. This is a much safer design than those that sit directly on the cooking surface. The side and front supports are 3/4in thick hardwood. Measurements are taken from OUTSIDE dimensions. For example, the distance (inside left to right) between the side supports is 26.5" wide on the 20"x28" stove cover, and 28.5" on the 22"x30" stove cover.
