Ode - 750 mL

For years we've released a bold, heavily-smoked American Single Malt inspired by the traditional super-smoky single malts. Formerly known as Winter Release, we've renamed this classic expression "Ode." This expression is our way to raise a glass to tradition and pave our way with Southwestern ingredients – Ode is heavily mesquited. Not peated. It also joins the Global Cask Collection as a limited annual release like Frontera and Normandie. This year’s Ode is our mesquited-not-peated American single malt whiskey finished with a backbone of high-spice rye barrel finishes, bolstered with a small additions of Pineau de Charentes finishes into the blend. The final result is a beautiful love letter to both inspirations. The last Ode expression won a Platinum medal and Best in Show at the TAG Global Spirits Awards. Our recommendation is to serve Ode with one large ice cube.
