Dos Artes Reposado Aged in Cabernet American Oak Ceramic Bottle Tequila
Tequila Dos Artes Reposado, a remarkable spirit aged for a minimum of six months in American Oak barrels previously used for Cabernet wine, is an embodiment of craftsmanship and heritage. This process imparts a unique rose gold hue to the tequila, setting it apart in both appearance and taste. Produced in the highlands of Arandas, Jalisco, under the masterful guidance of León Bañuelos, this tequila is a testament to tradition and innovation. The journey of Dos Artes Reposado begins with the finest blue agave, which is cooked in autoclaves to ensure a consistent and quality flavor. The extraction process is carried out using a Roll Mill, leading to a pristine agave juice. The fermentation process is both natural and hybrid, with the unique application of classical music, believed to influence the fermentation dynamics positively. Following this, the spirit undergoes double distillation in traditional Alambique (Pot Still) to achieve its distinct profile. Aged in American Oak Cab
