Here is an awesome handle to get your logging operation back up and running! This straight single bit handle is used in conjunction with a full sized single bit head to create a versatile part of a fellers timber harvesting tool kit! It's great at being used in tight spaces and for pounding wedges. Personally I love it for bucking and splitting fire wood. The short straight handle gives you the ability to generate a lot of force very quickly and very precisely.    This handle is on the thicker side to withstand the beating a fallers axe takes.  It's designed this way on purpose.   If you feel it should be thinner, this handle is shaped in a way that it can have material removed to match your desired shape.   This is an incredibly high quality, hand picked axe handle made from good ole American Hickory!
