Caroline - Tiered Striped Smocked Top Dress in Blush

This dress is SO flattering on!  It hugs the bust and flows away everywhere else - it's stretchy and comfortable and can be worn on or off the shoulder.  The vertical stripes are super elongating too.  The smocking goes around the full circumference at the bust and the sleeves have a nice stretch to them too.  I wore this dress to a business conference and felt very comfortable all day sitting, walking, etc.  Its practical for SO many occasions and we have it in 2 colors: Blush and Blue.   Also wearing: Cheerful Nude Twist Top WedgesStephanie is 5'4" and a size 6/7 wearing the Medium.
