Wild Grey, Spring 2024

Back for the first time since 2018, Wild Grey is a lightly flavored earl grey using our Wildcrafted Dian Hong and pure cold-pressed oil of bergamot, aged for 30 days. A warm, sweet citrus note mingles with creamy cocoa, sweet potato, and light spice. This blend is smooth, honey-sweet, and very comforting. Wild Grey holds up to milk if steeped longer (5 minutes), but I prefer to drink it straight, steeping at 3 minutes for the first infusion, or brewing gongfu style! Handcrafted in 10oz batches!
