This tea was organically produced in late spring 2020 and has quickly become one of our favorites! The flavor profile is much different than our usual selections, with a more savory edge than usual. Dominating notes are of daylily leaves and spice, with a very rich body that steeps to a dark orange pretty quickly. Made from a Wuyi varietal tree transplanted to Taiwan a couple decades back.
