Svadhisthana translates to "your own place," or "dwelling place of the self." This chakra is the center of pleasure and when this energy is healthy, it brings a powerful and natural feeling of intimacy (into-me-I-see) to the individual. Life becomes joyous and bright when balanced, and ideas of passion and intimacy are seen as pleasurable and natural to bring a feeling of happiness to your body and spirit.  This chakra corresponds to our emotions, feelings, relationships and connection, enjoyment, expression of sexuality and sensual pleasure & creativity. The sacral chakra is associated with the realm of both emotions and clairsentience. It's particularly active in our sexuality and the expression of our sensual desires.
