Raw sausage links (packaged 4 links - 4 oz each) made from Berkshire/Red Wattle hogs raised and rotated on pasture at Whitehurst Farm Brenham, TX. 1lb package. Vacuum packed and frozen. Raw links cook in oven, grill, or pan. Smoked links lightly heat and serve - grill, bake, or heat in pan.  Farmer Mike's 2nd favorite of all flavors - nice balance of cheese and spice - not too hot.
