Collets are used to provide a strong clamping force to a router bit while reducing the required shank size of the bit in your router. TOOL SPECS: Steel router collet with 3/8" inside diameter, 1/2" outside diameter, and 1-1/4" overall length. REDUCER BUSHING: Easily slips inside your router collet to reduce the inside hole diameter for use with a bit that has a smaller shank. Match the outside diameter with your collet size.
