Peach Cobbler Cookie

Introducing our May Cookie of the Month. Our peach cobbler cookie combines the classic flavors of a peach cobbler with the comforting goodness of a freshly baked cookie. The cookie base is a chewy, spiced cinnamon dough that features Loveless Cafe's peach preserves swirled throughout. The preserves impart succulent and juicy sweetness in every bite.  The cookie's crunchy cobbler crumble is reminiscent of a cobbler's decadent, caramelized crust. For an over-the-top experience, Chef Whitney recommends warming the cookie in the oven and serving it with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream.
