The pins use a 0.1" pitch, making them breadboard-friendly. Compatible microcontrollers - including Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and BeagleBone - allow for easy control of RGB/RGBW LED light strips, motors, and other loads. PWM support allows for brightness control of lights. Low resistance MOSFETs (0.01Ω) means less heat and highly reliable operation at a wide range of temperatures.
