Baby Spinach Salad w/Bacon, Strawberries, Toasted Almonds & Balsamic Dressing

This is a simple but hearty salad made with organic spinach, strawberries, pickled red onion and local, pasture-raised bacon from Cordova Farms. Size & Packaging 1 quart salad includes 3 oz bacon, 2 Tbs almonds and 1/3 cup dressing. It is a large salad for 1 or can be served as 2-4 side salads. Packaged in glass. Ingredients Salad Ingredients: Spinach O, bacon L, strawberries O, pickled red onion (red onion O, apple cider vinegar O, sugar O, salt O) & sliced almonds. Dressing Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil O, shallot, honey L, dijon mustard O, s&p.
