Larp is a meat-based salad that exemplifies the hot, sour, pungent, and sweet flavor balance typical of many Thai dishes. Ours is made with Montana grown pork from Olive Branch, fresh-squeezed lime juice and tons of fresh herbs. We recommend serving with white rice and leaves of butter lettuce.
