MethylB is formulated to support healthy levels of Vitamin B12 and Folate. B vitamins are crucial nutrients for optimal nerve, heart, and hemoglobin functions. MethylB contains pre-methylated B-12 and folate. The methylated form of the vitamin is the form that exists in nature.
