Dalla Corte’s DC Two grinder doubles down on the already impressive performance of its predecessor, the DC One. Changes in extraction parameters caused by factors like humidity and temperature are then automatically corrected for by the grinder which adjusts its grind to compensate. Both of the DC Two’s grinders are connected to the GCS and both will modify their grind based on feedback from the corresponding group. Working together, the machine and grinder all but eliminate barista intervention, guaranteeing consistent shots throughout the day and freeing up time to focus on customers. For greater efficiency, the DC Two is equipped with a set of pins to detect whether the portafilter being inserted is a single or double spout, and will automatically select the corresponding dose.The DC Two uses a 500 W motor and two sets of 65 mm flat burrs that can be operated and adjusted independently of one another.
